The guy is very irresponsible, he put the outer AC unit on the ground although I mentioned him to put it on the wall back to back on a bracket. When I asked him why he put it on the ground he said I didn’t mention. Then I asked him to put it on the wall on a bracket and he agreed to do so without charging extra but to charge for the bracket. Once I paid him for the work he stopped contacting me and when I called him and text him he eventually got back to me saying it would cost me $450. When I said a bracket costs about $100 and you gave me word that you would not charge other than the cost of the bracket. He said he still need to send somebody to do the work and he didn’t hang the external unit on the wall on a bracket. service.com should not keep such a liar and non ethical person/company on the list. I am very disappointed on his service, I cannot imagine even if I had not talked about bracket how he could put the external SC unit on the ground. Water can deposit with just a little rain and damage the unit. It is still in the risk of being damaged by water deposits from rain. Please take necessary steps to fix my problem and remove such a liar from the service.com. Thank you.
