Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?

Absolutely, Alliance Group Contractor Pty Ltd give our clients of up to 5 year warranty on any installation issue and 1 whole year for refrigerant/gas issue. We make sure that our clients are getting the best outcome.

Do you specialise in any work in particular?

Our specialty ranges from installation to diagnostic’s. We cover the full range so that our clients have the peace of mind knowing that they are in the right hands to take care of all their HVACR needs.

How long have you been in the business?

We have been operating for 7+ years based in the hunter valley.

Is your pricing competitive?

Yes absolutely, we are always making changes to suit our clients budget.

What are the terms of payment?

30% deposit upfront before commencing work to purchase materials needed for the job. Final payment is 7 days from date of invoice.

What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?

You call us, we turn up as soon as possible. We do not have a specific time to finish. We go home when the job is completed.
