I have been very happy with Martins's service. We initially had problems with our telephone line, but have now used him for many other IT services. He has been attentive, genuine and efficient. If there were 10 stars, I would give them all to him!

Martin has done a few jobs at my home. He fixed my phone service, added new lines to the homes and also upgraded my home to NBN. Very happy with the outcome, with no issues since. Also very happy with the way did the work, he is very meticulous with the way he does his work!

We service the Sydney area and some of Wollongong with the exception of a few suburbs. Our Boundary extends as follows SOUTH - Down to wollongong but not over the Five Islands Road Bridge NORTH - As far up as Hornsby but Not onto the M1 heading to Central coast. Northern Beaches is fine but Mooney Mooney is not an area we service EAST - As far as Maroubra, Coogee and all the way to the water. WEST - All the way to Penrith and Emu Plains but not the Blue Mountains. We will travel outside of our normal area and will consider any location but this will attract an additional surcharge given the distance needed to travel.

What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
As much information as you can provide is helpful although in almost every case a site inspection is required before a quote can be issued. What information you need to provide will vary on the type of job you have.

Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
Absolutely !!, First of all, Under consumer law you have a mandated guarantee from the government. Secondly, We have insurance to $20 Million Dollars (which we are proud to say we've never had to claim on) . But irrespective of all that . We want our customers to be happy, We have never done a bad job of faulty job , but if it were ever to happen, Of course, Absolutely you have a guarantee and the work will be rectified and corrected free of charge. As a general rule there is a General 3 Months warranty on Labour and on parts the Warranty is manufacturer determined, but is usually 1 year.
Do you specialise in any work in particular?
Yes we do, We specialise in the following services - TV Antenna's and Satellite All TV Antenna and Satellite installation and troubleshooting From Foxtel to internation channels to Free to Air TV to Starlink. - Computers and Networks Any computer related issue whether residential or commercial , Including WiFi networks and dropout zones, Databases, Computer Builds and Server Builds. - Electronics Repair We repair a wide variety of Electronics equipment. from small household items to large industrial equipment, CNC Equipment and custom hardware. - CCTV and security Installations (CCTV and Intercom Systems) We install and troubleshoot CCTV Security Installations for commercial and residential as well as intercom systems and access control - N.B.N. Faults (Residential or Commercial) These are very common. When NBN refuses to fix something and leaves the customer in an awkward position we can come in and fix what NBN deems to be impossible or makes impossible. We are NBN Accredited and approved and we know how to get past the red tape, whether the problem is in your premises or in the street, we can fix it . - Cabling Services We can run a variety of cable from Coaxial to Phone line to Data cable to Optical Cable. and all work is conducted to be within (and to exceed) Industry standard. - We also have available Gardening and Lawnmowing services within the Hurstville and St George Area

Is your pricing competitive?
Yes, For the service that we provide if you fairly compare apples with apples our prices are very reasonable. However it needs to be understood that we don't do dodgy work, so if we take an example of a TV Antenna installation that is offered for next to nothing from a technician who stole the parts from someone's house and who has no insurance and no registered business, and is just a guy looking to make a few extra bucks. We are not going to be cheaper that these technicians , but then , we don't even try to compete with these installers as they are no insured nor experienced. so as i said... If we compare Apples with Apples then YES, Our prices are very fair.
What are the terms of payment?
As is Normal, Payment terms depending on the size of the job. In Most cases you will pay via direct transfer or by cash (Whichever you prefer). For smaller jobs payment is expected at the completion of the job, For larger jobs we have either 7 day terms or we can break it up into payments at certain milestones.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
If there is any emergency, you contact us immediately and we will endeavour to result it as quickly and practically as possible. This is a very broad question, However... we are here at the end of the day for anything that you need us for. Our service does not stop at the end of the job, our clients have been happy for decades before they know they can lean on us if something happens or they have questions.
