Is your pricing competitive?
Yes, we offer competitive pricing without compromising on quality. By managing design, estimating, and construction in-house, we ensure accurate and transparent quotes tailored specifically to your renovation project. Our pricing is clear and upfront, with no hidden fees or surprises.
What are the terms of payment?
We use progress payments based on agreed project milestones. This typically starts with an initial deposit, followed by scheduled payments throughout the renovation process. We’ll clearly outline the payment schedule before work begins so you know exactly what to expect.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
If something urgent comes up during your renovation, your project manager who is your direct point of contact will quickly address it and keep you updated throughout. We are here to make sure everything runs smoothly and your home stays safe and comfortable. Kate and Simon, the owners, are also contactable 24/7 to ensure any urgent matters are handled promptly.
