I will attend the site to measure and take photos and to discuss the renovation for an accurate quote

I am well priced, honest, reliable, utilise other qualified trades including plumber, electrician, tiler. I project manage the job from start to finish including the quoting and organising of the bathroom items from suppliers. I also have a facebook page (AT Property Maintenance) which shows my current and previous work

Yes. My pricing is very competitive. I am self employed and run my own business and use other qualified trades where possible
What are the terms of payment?
50% deposit at the time of booking the work in and the final payment is required upon completion of the work
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
The job will be attended to asap and sorted out/fixed in a timely manner
