Couldn’t be happier with Marc and his team from Topmarc Constructions. They always kept me informed with the progress of the renovation. Old houses can be problematic but they were very skilled at dealing with any problems that arose. Very professional with great attention to detail. It was a pleasant experience from commencement to completion. The renovation is amazing, which is a direct result of Marc’s knowledge, experience and ability. I have no hesitation in recommending Topmarc Constructions and I would be happy to use them again.

We used Topmarc for our recent house renovation and couldn’t be happier that we did. Not only is the end product more than we could have hoped for, thanks not only to Marc’s ability to foresee issues and remediate them before they caused problems but the fantastic workmanship of his team. They treated our home like it was theirs, the worksite was always clean and we felt it was in good hands at all times even though we weren’t living there. Marc was a pleasure to deal with, his communication style is consultative and positive, nothing was ever a problem. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again.

Hi Jacki, Marc, Huey and the gorgeous Jack, Many thanks for the beautiful hampers; such yummy treats, we’ve sampled many. We drank the red wine last night- a very good drop! I’m sure it won’t be long before we pop the champagne. Thank you for the wonderful work - the deck, the en-suite and the walk-in robes make such a difference to our home. Thank you also for the outdoor kitchen and all the other running repairs you guys did so efficiently and so well. We are so thrilled with everything and are ever so pleased with our choice of Topmarc Constructions for our renovations and of course getting to meet super people and an awesome dog. Be prepared to hear from us again with a request for another quote or two!

I found Marc to be so helpful and full of great advice when I was renovating an old workers cottage. He guided me through the design process and was able to identify and calculate costs from the outset. His team are highly professional and meticulous with their workmanship and excellent communication. Moved in on time and on budget, I couldn’t be happier with the renovation and highly recommend Topmarc Constructions.

To provide a competitive quote it's benifcial to be provided with working drawings and engineering plans.
