What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
Subject to the services required, it is best to make an appointment for a site meeting and discuss the project requirements. This will usually provide all of the information required to provide a competitive Fee Offer or quote.
Why should I hire you over another business?
Customer service is very important, that is why I am the only person you will deal with during the course of project works. There will be other trades and suppliers involved, but you only deal directly with one person. Basically, working with you from start to finish.
Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
Yes. It will vary from project to project, subject to the type of works being conducted. A Defect Liability Period will apply through to a Structural Liability Period, again subject to the type of works being done.
Do you specialise in any work in particular?
We are capable of doing all manner of construction works from small renovations to commercial works. As a Registered Builder in the Northern Territory we can assist with most things. If we can't do it, we will advise you straight up so we don't waste each others time. Even if you wish to have a couple of small trade jobs done. We are happy to work with you to sort that out too.
