Torpey Associates Pty Ltd is a design and construction building company who has been providing high level building services to clients in the Sydney Inner West, East and South for over 40 years.

We have the ideal blend of expertise with architectural, design and structural engineering, quantity surveying, project management, and building experience.  Through our tried and tested processes, we deliver efficient and high-quality work.

Challenges can come in all sizes during a project, and our level-headed approach to building keeps us focused on finding solutions. We take it upon ourselves to get all of the details right, giving careful attention to every task at hand.

We are motivated by quality of finish. We aim to complete each project to a building program and timeline, balancing between speed and standard of finish.

Brendan has over 25 years’ experience in the Design and Construct industry across residential, multi-storey commercial and industrial estates. 

Brendan’s experience in Design and Construct allows for projects to be efficiently adjusted during the construction, ensuring the best outcome for clients. TAC has recently introduced Passive Housing processes for sustainably designed and to produce comfortable and energy efficient properties. Passive Housing certification will soon be available.
