Robin was amazing. He did a whole lot of little extra things for me. He was very helpful. He explained everything and also helped me solve a difficult situation when another tradesman let me down. He really went above and beyond.

What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
When I compile my quotes if there is a plan and a specification of works and a budget this makes the compilation much faster.
Why should I hire you over another business?
Most business are working to a standard and we aim to set the standard.
Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
All structural building works carry a 6 year defects guarantee and any contracts over $3300 attract QBCC home warranty insurance payable by the homeowner for residential contracts and all other facets of building work carry a 12 month warranty period for workmanship and product guarantee.
Do you specialise in any work in particular?
I specialise in bathroom renovations but carry out all building alterations, renovations, extensions, new builds and swimming pools.
How long have you been in the business?
We have over 25 years experience within the building industry and have been trading here in Brisbane and Sydney as a registered Builder during this time. We relocated back to Queensland in 2012 and re-established ourselves once again in Brisbane.

Our vision is customer satisfaction by providing high end quality finishes with fully insured, reliable trades.
What are the terms of payment?
Projects are set up on stage payments and payments are due on upon completion of each stage.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
In the unfortunate event of an emergency we are contactable 24-seven either by phone or email and will always put the customer first doing our utmost to attend the their needs.
