Goodrich Construction provides a consumer guarantee of major defects for six years after the work is completed and two years for all other defects.

What are the terms of payment?
This may vary from job to job. Generally, payment is required within 30 days of invoice date. Invoice is issued after job is completed. For lager jobs, a deposit is required before work commences.
