What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
Accurate drawings & a full list of the scope of works you want included in the quote. Allowances can be made if certain items are un-known IE- items behind a wall that are unseen.
Why should I hire you over another business?
I have experience, knowledge & wisdom from being in the game for over40 years. I am very firm and do not corners, knowing that if it isn't constructed correctly the first time, problems will surface down the tract. I am particularly strict on structural issues. If a dwelling does not have good foundations you are in for a continual spiral of emerging problems. I am reasonably priced. I can think outside the square and problem solve. I have good reliable tradesmen & suppliers.

What are the terms of payment?
Depends on the build. On larger jobs it is at certain stages. On smaller jobs it is 50% up front & 50% on completion. Variations are paid as you go. PAYG is available weekly for clients who are un-sure of their costs/ or DIY projects.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
Immediate response, response time will depend on the emergency & the availability of workers to attend.
