Demanding payment prior invoice and if you don’t agree trespass your property without your permission and threaten to remove the work done even though material cost were paid prior to starting the job. Not all work which was fully paid was not properly done and despite promises to send invoice same day after being fully paid he failed to send invoice.

This is our company policy not sending invoice before getting fully paid. I explain that to you many times but unfortunately didn't get paid. I noticed that you didn't pay some other tradie as well and they done some damage to your front fence. Please respect people who work hard and request payment for their hard work after completing the job. What you did instead, came up with some excuses about the job and denied payment over completing the job.
