Absolutely it is. We have respect to our clients money and we do not overcharge our clients.
What are the terms of payment?
Depend on size and value of works. In small contracts under $5000 we don't require deposit. We invoice after completed works. In larger jobs, over $5000 we require some 20% deposit for materials.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
It is a small business and the business owner always try to be on the site. The business owner/supervisor will take care of all emergences.
