What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
It is like anything, the more information about your project you can provide the better. For us to submit an accurate fee the more information that can be provided the better. This information could be in the form of a basic design brief, sketches, plans, photos and images etc.

Aspex is small niche business and we have been operating since 1991. Our longevity is for a reason. Our business is based around service, transparency and pride in what we do. We cater for each individual clients needs as required. All our staff are experienced and take a vested interest with each project. We offer a first up no obligation free consultation so you have nothing to lose.
Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
The work we provide and do we stand by. We carry out the necessary investigations and source the necessary information pertaining to each project with due diligence and expect to successfully obtain the necessary approvals however we can not guarantee the outcome with any of the statutory bodies we deal with or their assessment time frames.
Do you specialise in any work in particular?

Is your pricing competitive?
Our pricing we believe is competitive. It obviously depends on each individual project and the associated scope of work. We offer fixed fees if we have a clear understanding of the project and objectives or we can offer our work on an hourly rate basis.
What are the terms of payment?
We generally ask for an initial 20% deposit be paid after which the balance is paid at the completion of each stage. Our payment terms are strictly 7 days.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
It depends on the emergency and level of input or information that is required to be provided. Difficult question to answer however we would respond as promptly and as efficiently as each circumstance would allow.
