What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
Depending on the size of the project, I can provide either a ballpark figure, or a proposal for a detailed quotation on larger projects, the small project may be quoted for free.
Do you specialise in any work in particular?
The type of work completed over the years range from hanging doors, building decks, First floor additions, Ground floor additions, excavation for ground floor additions, bathroom renovations, Kitchen renovations, Termite damage repairs, window replacement, front and boundary fences.
How long have you been in the business?
I've been in business since 1997 after obtaining my Builder's license.
Is your pricing competitive?
All projects are completed with the highest quality workmanship, and the pricing may reflect that at times, If you are looking for a cheap job, with low quality workmanship, maybe contact some else.
What are the terms of payment?
Depending on the size of the project, I usually require a 10% deposit before commencing the project.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
If during construction an unexpected emergency arises, there is to ways of handling the situation. The problem can be addressed on an hourly rate, or we stop work and provide a detailed variation before continuing the work.
