Damian from VGD Handyman Services, has gone above and beyond my expectation, not only on the bathroom which I employed him to do but on all aspects with my property, including the cleaning and advising me of a serious maintainence issue that was very obvious and been hadn't noticed by my Property Manager. I'm so glad I found Damian he has this whole process that I am going through as an absentee owner so much easier. This review is on behalf of my partner who doesn’t have facebook. I contracted Damian to over see the renovation of one of my investment properties as I worked away month on month off. My property was valued at $450k as is, prior to renovation and after engaging with Damian I gave him a $12k budget to work with in three weeks. The house had three offers in the first week on market and I accepted $512k. I was super stoked with Damian’s attention to detail AND budgeting.
