We have just used BP Constructions to build us a new deck. We had some difficulties with our strata which delayed our start by 9 weeks. In all this time Brett remained helpful & soothed our frustrations. The actual building of the deck went extremely smoothly with no problems. From delivery of materials to having the tradesmen on site everything went like clockwork! We would have no hesitation in recommending BP Constructions to anyone wanting renovation work done. Definitely a five star rating.

BP Construction built 2 new bathrooms for us. He did an excellent job and always used high quality tradesmen. Building these bathrooms was a difficult job as existing bathrooms had to be completely removed back to dirt level. Brett tackled these jobs with a businesslike attitude and completed jobs within the time frame requested. He answered any questions that I had in an open and honest way. I would highly recommend this business and will definitely use him again if I do future alterations

We used BP Constructions to complete our single story extension, which included an internal laundry, dining room, family room and timber patio. The build was quick, efficient, and to a high standard quality and completed earlier than expected. Brett was always there to provide advice and would address any questions throughout the build. Brett was always prompt in returning our calls and giving any updates in relation to the building process. We are very happy with the renovations and would highly recommend BP Constructions

Brett and his team did a great job on my large extension (kitchen, bathroom, laundry, 2 bedrooms, lounge room and dining room over 2 stories). The build was quick and efficient and to a good quality. Brett was good at communicating and returns calls and addresses any questions throughout the process quickly. I would highly recommend BP constructions.

We used BP Constructions to complete two renovations within a few months. From the initial consultation and throughout the whole process Brett was honest and communicated well with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Brett was helpful, easy to contact and always happy to make suggestions so we could get the best possible results from our renovations.

OVER 5 YEARS AGO I wanted a local tradesman who was willing to do a slightly difficult renovation (first floor unit bathroom) and Brett gave me a good quote and was willing to do what was needed in a difficult spot. He was friendly and reliable and always responded quickly to calls and text messages. The work of his tradesmen was really good and I'm very happy with the job.

I chose Brett and his team because of the good reviews on here and I have no regrets. He and his team did a great job and were reliable, polite and efficient. Brett himself answers his phone when you call (something not all tradies do in my experience) and goes out of his way to keep the job on track. I was nervous about doing a reno in an apartment but Brett and the team stayed on schedule and instead of complaining, neighbouring tenants commented on how polite and friendly the team were. I would use BP Constructions again and have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.

Cant speak highly enough of Brett and his team. From project design and inception he worked to a tight deadline at all times keeping our needs and wants at the forefront - nothing was ever too difficult.. the end result was a magical transformation of our indoor/outdoor living areas with structural building works and a large deck. Professional and very capable tradesman with a high level of attention to quality and detail. We are very happy and will definitely be using them again.

BP Constructions is a privately owned Australian company established by Brett Pettit in 1989. The company has grown successfully within the Sydney region using the skills and reputation that Brett has earned in the residential and commercial sectors.

Brett completed his carpentry apprenticeship with the Australian Gaslight Company located at Mortlake ("AGL") and continued with his passion for carpentry and building after the division of carpentry was closed down.   Brett endeavoured to complete his builders license course at Meadowbank TAFE and continue with his dream for carpentry and building.

BP Constructions specializes in bathroom renovations & extensions, carpentry, pergolas, decks, carports, kitchens, structural alterations and new constructions.
