What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
I need as much information about the job as possible. I know that no one likes paying for variations that weren't on the quote. Likewise I don't like doing extras that weren't mentioned at the start as variations can be costly.

How long have you been in the business?
I have been in the construction business for over 20 years. In that time I have built 2 of my own granny flats and renovated 4 investment homes. I have also some knowledge of the commercial and industrial constructions.

I am a qualified carpenter with plastering, tiling, concreting, painting and handyman skills. And for that reason I believe my pricing id competitive.
