What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
Photos, descriptions, and brief scope of work is required for a roughly accurate quote. I'm happy to quote for free in person if they're close by, if not quotes start from $50-$150 depending on the location.

Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
All workmanship comes with 7 years warranty. This is stated on all invoice sent.

I specialise in all repairs building repairs, I am very all rounded, although bathroom Renovations are my specialty as well as framing and gybrock.

Is your pricing competitive?
I'm happy to beat any reasonable quote and offer warranty with all my work.
What are the terms of payment?
Most job don't require a deposit. I'm have to receive payment once job is complete and client is happy.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
I have all insurances in these case, or I can explain to the clients what's the cheapest way to solve this issue. I also have all tools and knowledge to stop any serious emergencies from becoming worse.
