What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
Its hard to quote a job without seeing it for myself so all I would need is an address and some info about what you would like to have done and when you plan to have it all started.
Why should I hire you over another business?
If you check out our Reviews you will see that our work is quality and that we communicate with the customer every step of the process to ensure everyone is happy with the end result.
Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
We don't offer a guarantee in regards to time but if there is ever a problem with our work we would definitely rectify the issue if it is caused by us.
Do you specialise in any work in particular?
At the moment decks and pergolas are what we are doing mostly but always looking to take on other types of work.
How long have you been in the business?
Our business has been active since 2019 but I have been fully qualified since 2009
Is your pricing competitive?
Our pricing is fair to all customers
What are the terms of payment?
Once the job is completed we will send a final invoice and payment be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Bank transfer or cash payments are all we accept at this stage.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
We will do our best to make sure everything is safe asap for the customer and re assess the situation once all is safe
