Aus Spec Carpentry are a locally owned carpentry business based in Padstow, NSW. We specialise in residential and commercial carpentry services, providing solutions from renovations to decking and joinery, and the installation of secondary dwellings. Our dedicated team takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship, personalised service, and timely project completion – so you’re never left waiting with a half finished home. We specialise in bringing your vision to life, we can provide comprehensive 3D rendering and plans for you to make changes to or fall in love with, saving you money and time, streamlining the design process, giving you complete transparency with your project, and ultimately, saving money on designing and back and forth, allowing you to spend that money elsewhere on your project, giving you the best result for your money, this is usually only a feature provided by much larger building companies, where it’s easy to just become one of their numbers. Aus Spec want to get to know you and your needs, and provide you with positive experience.

In most cases competitive pricing will lead to a lack lustre final result, we are committed to working with you to establish a budget, and produce the best possible outcome, that is within your budget, and meets or exceeds your expectations.

Our terms of payment are flexible and can be discussed openly when we discuss your requirements and needs, we aim to satisfy our customers on every level and provide a fulfilling and positive experience during and after your project.

What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?

We will endeavour to give any emergencies utmost priority to be rectified and resolved, we have an impeccable record, and haven’t had an emergency in all our time trading, though our high quality work and site co ordination we intend to stay emergency free.
