Ben and his team were engaged to complete an extension to our house including a kitchen, living space, exterior deck, upstairs bathroom, bedroom and study. They were prompt, clean, professional and the work was well finished at a very competitive price. We would not hesitate to engage them again.

What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
An acurate outline of the scope of works along with any supporting photos. From this we will be able to gauge if a site visit is required. However a site visit is always prefered to provide an accurate competitive quote and this also provides the oppertunity to meet in person.

Ben hold’s integrity as his core value, and is driven by his eye for detail, passion for design, and love of problem solving which carries through to his team. Parl Lane are a small team with old school ethics, oftenen going above and beyond expectations to deliver the highest possible standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
A statutory warranty of 2 years is provided on all works completed.
Do you specialise in any work in particular?
At Park Lane we focus on all aspects of both Internal and external carpentry, along with home renovations, including kitchens, bathrooms, and laundries.

Is your pricing competitive?
Yes, Park Lane reveiw their rate every year in order to stay competitive in the market.
What are the terms of payment?
A 10% deposit is required 7 days prior to the commencment of work. All progress payment and final payment Invoices have 7 day payment terms from the date of Invoice.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
In the case of any emergency relating to works directly carried out by Park Lane, the customer is encouraged to contact Ben, who will endeavour to have the matter resolved as quickly as possible.
