Greg recently did some plaster and ceiling maintenance work for us. The result was excellent. He is very obliging and helpful. He never rushed through his work and the end product was excellent. His charges were very reasonable and affordable. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
Its job specific really. If you think that the issue can be explained with a photo then some cases that is all i need. For bigger jobs or new builds a floor plan and if possible a reflected ceiling plan. Most of the time you only need to provide your address. As i prefer to meet you face to face to talk about solutions, different options and ways to meet your budget.

All my work is guaranteed for 5 years and i am fully insured.

Is your pricing competitive?
Yes it is competitive. There will be times where i may not be the cheapest reson being i only use industry and Australian standardmaterials. There are contractors that use cheap made in china materials which do not meet Australian standards for the application.
What are the terms of payment?
Depending on the size or expected length of time to complete the job. In some cases a deposit of up to 50% is required no less than 3 days before start date. Usually 30% with the remaining balance on completion. If the job is expected to take in excess of 1 week a weekly payment may be required.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
Then it becomes my number 1 priority. And acted upon immediately.
