Before your scheduled cleaning appointment, we request that you:

1 Remove all personal items from the property – furniture, bedding, appliances etc.

2 Remove any rubbish, clutter or objects on the property and floors.

3 Ensure there are no tradesmen at the time of your cleaning.

4 Ensure there is running water and electricity at the property.

5 We require there to be a parking spot available for our team to use. In the case where there is no free parking, our team will use a paid parking spot and we’ll add the parking fee to your service total.

• Property Size: Larger properties with more rooms will generally cost more. 
 

• Condition of the Property: A heavily soiled property may require additional cleaning time and cost more. 
 

• Carpet Cleaning: Adding carpet cleaning to the service will increase the overall price. 
 

• Extra Services: Cleaning specific appliances like ovens or rangehoods may be additional charges.

Our quote includes light marks and scratches on the walls (spot clean). If you have anything more than a ‘light mark’, please give us a call to discuss the condition of your walls. Depending on what the mark is (e.g. blue tack) we can give you a quote for the clean. However, some marks cannot be removed and will require repainting.
