There's a reason this guy's available - he'd be busy if he was any good. He was happy to take a deposit and talk about being trustworthy but the worst work I have ever come across. He just caused damage; never finished anything nor took responsibility for his mistakes; unreliable and incompetent. I had to pay a professional to come in to clean up and correct the mess he left. Avoid at all costs.
