What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
Everything you required painted. Any damages we need to know of that has previously happened e.g. water damage. Estimated month you're looking at getting things started.
Why should I hire you over another business?
We love to take our time to get to know you, offer colour samples before project starting to ensure you're happy with what paint colour you're wanting. Show examples of previous work. We all love painting too, we take our time to make sure you're 100% happy at the end of the project. We are fully insured, have our qbcc licence and offer a 5 year warranty for all our projects.
Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
Yes, we offer a 5 year warranty for all projects. We use always use Dulux paint products too that promise "Guaranteed to not peel, flake or blister for as long as you're living in your home".
Do you specialise in any work in particular?
We do all Residential Interior, Exterior and Roof Painting. Query us if there is anything specific and we can let you know!
How long have you been in the business?
Our business has been running since 2017 but many of our tradesmen have been in the industry for decades!
Is your pricing competitive?
100% ! We are also happy to always negotiate if you're on a budget!
What are the terms of payment?
We have a 3 payment system: - Deposit required upon signing of agreement contract - Half Way Payment required once we reach half way - Final payment upon completion of works
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
Everyday our tradesmen run through what their plan of attack is for that day, so if there is any emergency that requires our attention don't ever hesitate to ask/let us know. We always have someone in the office checking emails and answering phone calls, so you can always reach out that way too!
