What are the terms of payment?
Schedule of Payment Process 1. Deposit: A 10% deposit will be received upon signing of contract. 2. Progress Payment Stage 1: A 40% progress payment will be made at the first stage of demolition. • Stage 1 demolition involves manual works and preparation of the site. (asbestos removal and site set up) 3. Final Payment: Final payment on completion of demolition. Completion and Clearance certificates will be distributed upon final payment.
