I am just writing to you on order to express my gratitude for all your help. Thank you for sending out your Contractors who were very helpful in resolving my Sewer issue. My Plumbing Contractor at the time had been adamant that I needed to spend in excess of $25K in order to fix some urgent Sewer problems. As this was a very large amount I took it upon myself to do some research. After looking up the information on the Sydney Water website, it led me to believe there was a ‘grey area’ in regards to Sewer in Public Land, outside the boundary of the property, so I therefore made contact with you. Thank you for explaining to me where I stood and the best way to resolve my plumbing problem. You advised that the best thing was for a Sydney Water Contractor to come to our property to offer advice in regards to my options. This Contractor made contact very quickly and subsequently my problem was resolved without the need of spending anywhere as near as the quoted price from my Plumber.
