What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
We are happy to answer any electrical inquiries; contact us by phone, email, text or Facebook ! Photos are always great to include when possible, the area of the job and any other quotes you may have received will help us determine the best price and service we can offer for you.

All works carried out by Circa are guaranteed. We only use products that have a warranty so if it's faulty within that period, you best believe Circa will be there to come and fix/replace the issue free of charge. That's our 100% service satisfaction guarantee to you.
Do you specialise in any work in particular?

Circa was officially established July '17. Many years of experience and jobs have been undertaken prior to the company startup.
Is your pricing competitive?
Pricing is the key aspect to whether or not a client will accept or decline a quote. We will always do our best to give you the best. If you are not happy with our pricing we are happy to re-assess and re-quote to compete with any formal quotes you give us !
What are the terms of payment?
Usually a 14 day payment, however we are realistic and can cater to your needs if an extension or later payment is required.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
Circa is operational 7 days a week, if there's a job requiring immediate attention we will do our best to get there on the same day. If it's out of hours and is a real situation (I.E potential fire hazard, or electrical burn smell etc) feel free to contact us outside business hours and we will do our best to come and rectify !
