Big thanks to Nigel for coming out this morning in the early hours to fix my hot water problem. Can't recommend him highly enough for any electrical work you need fixed.

I found Nigel to be friendly & efficient. I needed a new oven wired up quickly and was surprised when he arrived within only 30 minutes after I telephoned, that never happens right! I will definitely use JNA Electrical again.

What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
We need the basics from you. Your address, phone number and email address. If the house a low set home or double story. Do you have a tiled roof and roof space access? And importantly, what you want done (if double story what you want one on each floor too please). Please let us know if you are supplying any of the equipment. We can provide lots of equipment often cheaper than you can purchase and with better warranties.
Why should I hire you over another business?
We use Voltex equipment as our go to brand. This is due to it having the best warranty by far on the market and they not only cover parts but also labour, which most brands don't. Voltex have a lifetime warranty of normally 7-25 years depending on which product is installed. But if you would prefer a different brand installed we are always happy to accommodate this also.
Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
We warrant all our workmanship. If there was ever an issue we'll gladly come back and fix an issue. Luckily, we've never had to do this before. Our aim is to get it right first time, every time.
Do you specialise in any work in particular?
We have a magnificent range of LED lights and we install thousands of these for people. We can also provide smoke alarms with a fantastic warranty. We perform great switchboard upgrades. We like to make your house your home, meaning, we want you to love our work when we finish the job for you.

Is your pricing competitive?
Yes very competitive, and we don't charge a call out fee
What are the terms of payment?
50% deposit and the balance on completion for quoted jobs. Call outs for faults pay on completion. Invoices will generally be sent the same night works are performed.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
We will stop what we are doing and attend to the emergency. It is important you are looked after.
