The value I offer my clients is second to none. I can offer advice on almost everything trades related because I have been in the trades for almost 30 years now. My knowledge is often invaluable to help out the customer on the job in both my field and outside my field. You cannot buy experience, & I have a lot of it which I use to create a win-win situation.
What are the terms of payment?
Typically we get payment after the job has been completed. If the job has special materials I may need payment upfront to order the products in. After completion of the job, we collect payment for the remaining works.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires
If there is an emergency, I am on call to speak to the customer straight away relating to the emergency. They would be advised about the initial steps to take until I arrived on the job. If necessary I am backed up with public liability insurance for any damages that have been caused.
