✅ RCG Electrical – 12 Month Workmanship & Materials Guarantee At RCG Electrical, we stand by the quality of our work. We provide our customers with the confidence that all electrical work is carried out to the highest professional standards. Workmanship Guarantee • We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of completion. • If a fault occurs due to our workmanship within this period, we will return to rectify the issue at no cost to you. Materials Guarantee • All materials and products supplied by RCG Electrical are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. • Where a manufacturer’s warranty applies, we will assist you in lodging the claim and, if covered, carry out the replacement/repair in line with that warranty. • Labour associated with manufacturer defects is not included, unless the manufacturer’s warranty specifically covers labour. Guarantee Conditions This guarantee is valid only when: • Products and installations are used for their intended purpose. • Installations are maintained under normal operating conditions. • No modifications, misuse, negligence, or unauthorised repairs have been carried out. • Access to the installation is safe and reasonable for inspection or repair. Exclusions This guarantee does not cover: • Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage. • Damage caused by abnormal environmental or site conditions (e.g. water ingress, corrosion, storms, power surges). • Normal wear and tear. • Any work where the customer has supplied their own materials (not sourced through RCG Electrical). Consumer Rights This guarantee is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which ensures that services are supplied with due care and skill and are fit for purpose.
