What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
To provide an accurate and competitive quote, please include: A clear description of what you need (e.g., “Install weatherproof power point for hot water unit”) Type of home (brick/timber/steel frame, single or double storey) Roof type (tin, tile, asbestos) Whether it’s a new install or a replacement (e.g., replacing a light with a fan, or adding a new point) The more detail you give upfront the less likely we'll be to run into surprises on the day.

Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
Yes. All general electrical work comes with a 1–2 year workmanship warranty. This doesn’t cover product failures (covered by manufacturers) or issues caused by misuse or external factors, but we’re always happy to help you work through warranty claims if needed. Certain brands will not only cover product warranty but my cost to come out and repair too! Ask me to hear more about what's available.
