Desired finish: Your preferences for the type of concrete finish (e.g., exposed aggregate, stamped concrete, colored concrete) will influence the materials and techniques we use. Timeline: Providing us with your desired timeline for completing the project allows us to schedule our work effectively and accommodate any specific deadlines you may have. SmartCrete Concreting strives to offer competitive pricing for its services, ensuring value for our customers.
What are the terms of payment?
We invoice a 10% deposit of the total invoice amount, with a 7 day payment period. Once the project(s)is complete, we then send out a final invoice for the remaining 90% of the total invoice amount, with a 7 day payment period.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
We would do our best to have the problem rectified or attended to as fast as we possibly could, making your emergency a priority.
