What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
Detailed description of the works you require. Any site plans, engineering or architectural plans. Timeframe of when works are to be completed by.
Why should I hire you over another business?
We are a fully licensed and insured company. We not only pride ourselves in excellent execution and a high attention to detail, we thoroughly explain all details of the work required so that there is open and honest communication the entire duration and the owners are comfortable entrusting us to complete the task at hand.
Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
Yes, however it varies depending on what products are selected.

We specialise in structural landscaping.

Is your pricing competitive?
Yes. Through extensive research and the great relationships with our trade suppliers and subcontractors we have been able to keep abreast of the current market costs and have priced ourselves fairly. Should price be a concern we are open to having conversations with our owner on the costs involved and alternative products however we will never compromise on quality.
What are the terms of payment?
10% on acceptance of the quote then progress payment throughout. The scope or works determines the progress amounts, however its generally 30% on commencement, and the remaining either split throughout or on completion.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
We pride ourselves in always keeping open and honest communication with our owners. Should an emergency arise, we are flexible and can work in with the owners to ensure the immediate requirements are met.
