I will never use Unhinged Doors again. He was aggressive with wanting money before the job was even half done. He was aggressive in his texts and just kept ringing and messaging.

The guy did a shoddy job with the kitchen cupboard door in the first place and then presented an inflated invoice that also included the works that were discussed but not carried out.

No true actually. We sent you a invoice for the purchase of the parts required to do the job. Which we deserve to be reimbursed for. We tried helping you out by working.all day Sunday. And yes after working all Sunday at no extra cost even though it was a sunday. We are intitled to be paid for the time we spent onsite. Do you work for free. You dont clean at all. I wouldn't send my kids there. Which the cupboards were in poor shape. So we thought we where doing the right thing by the kids and cleaned every draw, cupboard door, inside cupboards. Repaired every bit of damage on every draw and door and where even planning to repaint them. All at no extra cost. They would of came up beautifully. Except you were a tite ass and expected me to pay for everything and refused to reimburse me. I am Never going to except this Why should I pay for parts to fix your cupboards I Wish people would tell the truth. Instead of telling lies. I have done absolutely nothing wrong in this situation.

This service was very bad , he put a used old broken door and repaired it before bring to my house, he said it was new door, this is cheating , the job was very rough and did some damage. He asked me to pay him with unfinished job while I was alone at home in the evening after 8pm. I said I will pay...

Your such a lier.. we only use new parts actually and we offered to replace door free of charge. Which you declined. Which us your choice but then don't.go slagging me due to your lack of knowledge. As I explained to you the door has to be square as It wouldnt close properly if it wasnt. Plus I showed you the level You seen it with your own eyes. I showed you which proves to you that everything is square. The door opens and closes perfectly. We didn't do the brickwork. The brickwork isn't square but the frame and door is. (Otherwise the door wouldn't open/close) I have been a Carpenter for 20years. No matter what you do there really is no pleasing some people.
