I'm a Carpenter by trade however in my role as a Door Technician today - I tend to work more with garage doors and access systems.

What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?

In this industry it's extremely hard to quote. On initial inspection there maybe an obvious issue but its not until a complete investigation is done, that the real cause of the problem is often discovered. One of the advantages to having the issue addressed correctly, is that the chance of it returning is significantly reduced or eliminated altogether. If there are further costs associated with this process to what has been quoted, I'll make sure I physically show or send photos to the customer of the damaged parts and seek their approval before proceeding with any repairs

All work comes with 12 warranty Aside from fixing the issue, we take the time to explain to you what the problem is, the likely cause of it and we'll provide you with any advice and steps you can take in helping to maintain it and prevent a reoccurrance.
