What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
To provide an accurate and competitive quote, I’ll need a brief description of the work required, photos of the area if available, site access details, and your preferred timeframe. For reticulation jobs, details such as existing systems, water source, number of zones, and any known issues are very helpful. A site visit may be recommended for larger or more complex jobs to ensure the quote is precise and there are no surprises.

Manufacturer warranties apply to any supplied materials or components, in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

For reticulation and landscaping work, a 50% upfront deposit is required, with full payment on completion. For gardening services and reticulation repairs, a booking deposit is required for any quote over $500, with full payment on completion.

In the event of an emergency, we prioritise urgent issues and will respond as quickly as possible. Please contact us immediately, and we will assess the situation and take the necessary action to resolve it promptly.
