I focus on understanding your wants & needs, communicating clearly throughout the job as well as checking for satisfaction. Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
Yes, satisfaction and quality guarantee. If you're unhappy with the works completed, or if I have made a mistake. I will work with you until the issue is rectified. Guarantee is applicable within the reasonable scope of the works the client has requested.
Do you specialise in any work in particular?
Not particularly, I am skilled in many areas and enjoy doing most jobs. Except weeding... weeding sucks, but I will do it.
Is your pricing competitive?
$50 call out fee $80 per hour
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
I can almost always fit it in, with 2x rate fir emergency callouts
