**SCAMMER ALERT**
Peter, as he calls himself, doesn’t know how to do the job at all and it’s a nightmare to talk to him to make him understand what’s required in the job. Took advance 11000$, Kept demanding more cash and got 1000$ in between the job citing that he needs money to get his back checked+ get a caravan to stay at site so job can be completed early, even when materials were not on the site.
He intentionally, fled from the site on the date materials were delivered - asking me to pay 4800 cash to the driver making delivery,
Argued on every point where mere levelling of the retaining sleepers. Promised to finish the retaining wall, fill the spaces with crush rock and level the surface by removing soil around the wall.
- Screwup’s on the job left unfinished:
1. Steel posts inserted merely under the surface (not uniform, only 400 mm deep at most points instead of atleast 600-700 mm required by regulation/ common sense.
2. minimal concrete usage to hold the posts down (Hardly put a bag of 20kg concrete per post) and said that he will put more later every time when asked.
2. Retining wall not completed, not levelled, 4 corners left without retaining sleepers as he didn’t want to cut the sleepers. Asked me to plant a tree at missed places in retaining wall. Super mess.. disgusting theories and high pitched arguments that he know the job.
3. No back fill behind the retaining walls, no agi-pipes, no crush rock nothing,
4. Called me bad names and fled with his equipment.
**Please do it ever hire this man if you wish your job not to be screwed, requiring more money and efforts to correct his misdoings**
