I live overseas and had a property that the tenants decided to leave the yard in a mess. This company went in afterwards and totally cleaned it up. They were prompt with their service, thorough with their job and ethical in dealing with me though I wasn’t able to be there. I knew the work they were going to do, was kept informed with photos and couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out.

I needed a backyard spruce up with a pergola, some concreting and a new fence. Joe came and quoted the job and then was able to get his team to start pretty quickly, even with COVID hitting and things having to slow down, they were still able to get the done it just took a little longer. They helped keep me safe with no contact, cleaned up like they were never there and the place looks amazing. I couldn’t be happier and my place looks so good.

Here at Hamilton Property Maintenance we offer 2 options for quotes. We have the option for an onsite quote, however we do have a $50 charge. This is to help cover our time and also the cost of fuel. This is the most accurate quote and is not likely to change. Quotes via email are free of charge and we will work with you to help you provide us with all the information we need. Name Contact Number Email Property Address Photos of existing area Photos of the outcome you are wanting to achieve. Quote price is always subject to inspection of the job upon arrival.
