Siv is the perfect person to hire, only had a chat via text msg, he arrived on time, installed my awning, and gave advice as well. Siv provided an excellent service. My sliding door rollers were completely broken, and it was a very heavy duty double glazed double sliding door, it was bumpy, you needed to use alot of force to open or close it, and no amount of wd40 would help. Siv came, did a thorough assessment, provided a very competitive quote, and I engaged S.E. Property Maintenance to carry out the required works (including repairs to flyscreen mesh). They completely fixed the whole issue, even having to make custom rollers to fit. The doors now slide and glide silently and can be done using only one finger. They also fixed the flyscreen mesh. They even took the extra effort to inspect the rest of the property and fixed other flyscreen mesh areas which were broken. Siv provided very competitive prices, was affable and approachable, friendly and provided spot on advice, was prompt and punctual, and clearly takes pride in his work. I am so impressed with Siv's service that I am continuing to engage him in further works to my property. He is genuine and honest, if he can't do something he will tell you straight up, but always does his best with any work he does carry out. His business partner John also does excellent work and they work well together to accomplish the tasks you need. They are also flexible, and can do custom work or adjustments where necessary, which is great if you need custom designs or individualised work done. Absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending S.E Property Maintenance to everyone for handyman work for your property/properties. Just contact Siv, very approachable and friendly, genuine, and professional.
