As much information as possible. Photos are a must and make the quoting an easier process. Correct measurements are also very helpful.

Yes. There is always a guarantee but it depends on the type of work completed.

Payment on completion unless organized otherwise with customer

Will be attended ASAP. Not many handy man jobs are emergencies unless the customer says so.
