What are the terms of payment?
Our payment terms are simple and transparent. For smaller jobs, payment is due upon completion. For larger projects, a deposit may be required to secure materials, with progress payments agreed upon based on the scope of work. We accept bank transfer, PayID, and cash. What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
If your job requires urgent attention, I'll do my best to respond as quickly as possible. I understand that some issues can't wait, so I'll assess the situation, provide advice, and, where possible, prioritise emergency repairs to minimise damage and keep your property safe. If I'm unable to attend immediately, I'll communicate clearly and arrange the earliest available time.
