Called Jim's Cleaning last week! Gavin took my call! Answered all my questions (prices/packages/etc)and offered me a suitable/convenient time slot ( 2 days later)! They (Gavin & Cameron) showed up on time and were very courteous & professional! Carpet smells great! Definitely recommended
