beware of this person. given a fencing job. 1st to start with he wasnt licensed and insured. couldnt dig a hole deep enough to install pole for gates. left the shallow hole with concrete dried up inside. 2nd he brought 1 girl , who looks like a minor,along with him as helper. when I asked him about...

Licensing and Insurance: I am fully insured and I’d be happy to provide documentation to address any misunderstandings regarding this. In regards to licensing, NSW legislation states that any work under $5,000 does not require a license Although we are in the process of undertaking the necessary steps to obtain a license. 2. Gate Installation: I acknowledge the concern with the gate post and concrete. While I always strive for quality workmanship, I regret this did not meet your expectations. I would have been happy to address the issue further if given the opportunity. 3. Team Assistance: The individual assisting me was my 17-year-old daughter, who is a vital part of our family business. She is experienced and dedicated to helping deliver the best outcomes for our clients. Unfortunately, the situation became tense, as we were not allowed to speak without being interrupted or yelled over. When the interaction turned aggressive, with attempts to be physical toward my daughter, I made the decision to contact the police to ensure everyone’s safety. 4. Resolution: I regret that this situation escalated. While the matter remains unresolved, I am open to further discussion to see if a solution can still be reached. I strive to deliver a professional and respectful service, and I value your feedback as it helps us continue to improve.
