What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
WE NEED PLANS, ENGINEERING, PERMITS IF AVAILABLE TO QUOTE. WE CAN ALSO DO ALL THIS IN-HOUSE IF REQUESTED

Government licensed builder and 20 yrs plus experience in the industry.
Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
7 years structural warranty. 3mth cosmetic. manufacturer warranties also apply
Do you specialise in any work in particular?
We specialize in extensions, new builds and multi unit projects, including basements. we also do smaller Reno's light bathrooms and kitchens if needed.
How long have you been in the business?
5 plus years in business, 20 plus years in industry.
Is your pricing competitive?
No, my pricing will reflect the work needed and the cost involved. all work must conform to regulations as per our license requirements. If you want to cut corners, we are not for you.
What are the terms of payment?
As per regulations, usually a 5% deposit is max permissible by law, then its stage progress claims. The amount will depend on the project.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
If it is work we did then we will rectify asap.
