What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
Email us your architectural and engineering plans for a quote and specifications included in the build. Alternatively give us a call to discuss our custom design service.
Why should I hire you over another business?
We offer a fully customised design service that allows you to design your dream home at no additional charge.
Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
A 3 month maintenance service is provided as well as a 10 year Structural Warranty. However we standby our products and will go beyond and guarantee any works that fall outside the standard wear and tear.
Do you specialise in any work in particular?
We specialise in a custom design service allowing our clients to design and build their perfect home. We also specialise in unit developments, knock down rebuilds, renovations, extensions and commercial work. We are a small team which enables us to focus heavily on customer service.
How long have you been in the business?
Over 50 years combined experience within the construction team.
Is your pricing competitive?
Yes, at no extra charge we offer a custom design service with the ability to amend floor plans, inclusions and facades.
What are the terms of payment?
Progress Claims will be submitted once the following the stages are complete (Deposit, Base Stage, Frame Stage, Lock-up Stage, Fixing Stage & Final). Payments are in accordance with the domestic builders contract.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
Staff can be contacted via mobile phones and/or email and will attend site as required to make the site safe and deal with the issue.
