What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
Please be as accurate as possible if giving room dimensions. What colour/finish (Oil based or Water based? Dark going to White?) is the job currently and what colour/finish would you like to apply (Oil based over existing Oil Based is easier as is Water based over existing Water based). Woodwork etc such as doors, frames, windows/ledges/frames/style, skirting boards, these items are where most time will be spent and depending on the existing colour/finish vs the planned colour/finish (Oil or Water Based) etc will ultimately determine the cost of the job. Ceiling height and colours etc also a help. Is there any floor coverings and other items which need to be protected during painting. Are there any plaster repairs to be done such as removal of superseded air conditioning vents?
