What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
For new builds we can quote off a floor plan but existing builds we like to meet you on site to go through what you are looking for in the finish.
Why should I hire you over another business?
We pride ourselves on our work. We are fully insured and licensed. We are Dulux Accredited Painters and Master Painters Association registered. And we have clients that come back to us time and time again.
Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
All Dulux Accredited Painters are use premium quality Dulux products. All Dulux Accredited Painters are carefully selected by Dulux so you can feel confident that you are selecting a skilled, reliable and experienced trade person and can offer a five-year Workmanship Warranty on request.
Do you specialise in any work in particular?
We are all-rounders. We can hang wallpaper. We can do special effects like French wash or concrete effects. We do heritage buildings.
How long have you been in the business?
Painting is in our blood going all the way back to our great grandfather who was president of the Master Painters Association and is the reason for all painters to be registered. We bought Van Diddens in 2021 which, by it's self, had been operating since 1968.
Is your pricing competitive?
We are a high end business. you get a 10/10 finish from us.
What are the terms of payment?
We ask that you pay within a week of the invoice as we do not ask for a deposit. If it is a big job then we send weekly progress invoices.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
